It’s a short 15 minute class but it’s lots of fun! Give it a try and let me know how your salsa turns out!
We have done a lot of celebrating this weekend! My husband turned 50 and we had a little party to celebrate! In our 20’s we have had Casey Keggers to celebrate my husbands birthday. But I decided since we are older and mature, he,he, that we needed to have a little different party. I had just made two large batches of Salsa, so we had an all Mexican theme party with Mexican food. I made Shrimp Tacos, Mini Burritos, Taco Cupcakes, (made with wonton wraps) and we had lots of dips! It was so much fun and if I do say so myself, the food was really good! One other food item that I served came from Market Street, Pumpkin Tamales. Oh man, if you have Market Street near your house, you should try them! They were so yummy! My best guess is that it was pumpkin, cinnamon and cream cheese. A must try this fall! And in keeping with the Mexican theme, I had a piñata! I wasn’t sure how everyone would react, being an “Adult Party”. But we blind folded my husband and he swung at the piñata! He missed his first try, mainly because we had moved the piñata, ha,ha. He tried again and success! The leg broke off and everyone went nuts, because there were mini bottles of Smirnoff and Fireball along with chocolate truffles and superhero rubic cubes! I was so happy with everyones reaction. It was a fun evening!
I created you all a Fall wallpaper for your computer to celebrate my hubbies 50th, although the wallpaper design has nothing to do with him, but I thought it would be a fun day to share it with you!
Free DownloadNext week I will be sharing an amazing recipe for a homemade Almond Milk and Vanilla Protein Drink! Don’t miss it! And I would love to hear from you! What do you think of my blog so far? Are there any recipes of type of designs you would like to see for the holidays? Please share your thoughts and interests and thanks for following my blog! Have a great week!
